Tracksuit Sets & Separates

I know leisurewear has been deemed as “over” from the lockdown police, but until the weather sorts itself out I’m going to say tracksuit sets are here to well and truly stay!

The updated way to wear your loungewear/ leisurewear/ tracksuits or whatever you like to call them, is by accessorising them as you would a regular outfit - add a trench coat, pile on the gold jewellery, don a red lip if that’s your thing, and off you go. The rules have been rewritten when it comes to comfort and style and tracksuit sets and separates now have a permanent place in our wardrobes.

Whether you’re picking up the kids from school, lounging about at home or running errands and off to appointments, you don’t have to think twice with a chic matching set. I actually think investing in a nice set is well worth it here, as the cost per wear will pay for itself and then some. And as always, better quality cotton and knitwear will always outlast the cheap stuff. Having said that, you can still get wonderful buys from more affordable brands that both look and feel good, so it pays to try a few.

My only gripe with sweaters is that you keep the logos to a minimum, if at all. I don’t mind a sporty logo here and there, but as a general rule I’ll say the simple stuff is often always the most stylish. Now, let’s get comfy…
