Christmas Gift Guide — Your Best Friend, Sister, Aunt, Partner

There are two ways you can tackle buying gifts for female loved ones. One way is to go the practical route and buy something you know they need or want — books, pyjamas, a high power blender — you get my drift — while the other is to take a more whimsical and treat-yo-self approach, and buy the outrageous stuff that you know they wouldn’t ordinarily buy themselves. This includes high-end lip balms and nail polishes, beautiful but slightly impractical homewares, olive oil that looks really cool on your kitchen bench…

In my view, both approaches are completely warranted and I would be super happy to get either under the Christmas tree this year. I love wildly indulgent beauty products — designer lip and nail products are so fun!, but I also really love practical kitchen and home items. I think it’s fine to be a gift giver that can be different things to different people, so today I’ve included a medley of gorgeous and useful things that will undoubtedly appeal to someone special in your life, whether that be a friend, sister, relative, partner… anyone!
