My Black Friday Sale Picks

Does anyone else get a heart-racing-clammy-fingers-jittery-legs sensation when on the receiving end of hundreds of emails emblazoned with a SALE! message? It’s a weird mix of pleasure and pain if I’m honest, which is why I’ve been somewhat hesitant to explore the Black Friday craziness happening at the moment.

Truthfully, I thought the sales would be lacklustre and dull in comparison to the pre and post-Christmas savings we rely on each year, and I also thought they’d encourage unnecessary spending at a particularly turbulent time, but I have to admit, I was wrong.

This year’s Black Friday offerings are seriously good, from both local and international retailers, and I’ve found some great pieces that are worthy of an impulse purchase or two. Summer dresses for day and night, mid-tier handbags that are special but not so obvious, long-lasting denim, forever heels and super sweet accessories are just the ticket to get you in a festive mood and save a penny or two. I’m not talking a measly 10% off here (eye-roll), but a very decent 20%, 30% and up to 50% off, which you don’t see too often!

These puppies won’t last long, so I’m encouraging you to buy as much as your heart and wallet allow. Let’s go!
